I'm grateful for the foresight and the planning invested in this development that has changed the property and the lake around it for the better. Prior to Reef Management arriving, this property was for years not an asset to the lake.
As part of these efforts, Reef and Cutalong are setting the standard that I hope all developers eyeing Lake Anna will strive to reach, and frankly, if you’re not, you need to do better, because the business here we are building is going to lead to a premium community.
We moved here full-time 3 years ago, and one of the reasons we moved here and chose this for our home was because of Cutalong. And to have a golf facility like this so close to us is just a great opportunity. We’re very excited about having not just the golf course but the clubhouse and everything that will come with it.
I really love the golf course, in general. It’s really beautiful…it’s fun to bring friends and I love that it’s close to our community. The scale of what this community is going to be is just going to be more grand than anybody ever imagined when the project first started.
One of my favorite things about Cutalong, I’d have to say, is the people that I’ve met up at Cutalong. They are just incredible, and we’ve become great friends with a number of the members up here. And, of course, the golf course itself is an incredible place to play. Very Difficult, challenging, but very fun.
It’s so close to our home, and my husband’s really enjoying it. We’ve had a wonderful time here joining the golf groups.
You can come out here and play with a great group of golfers, or you can basically play all day and never see another individual if you don’t want to. It’s fantastic. I can’t wait for [the clubhouse] to get developed and for the people around here to use it.
